Reclassify indicator types

0 indicators (0% of the corpus) are typed other. Every dashboard, filter, pivot and export selects by type, so none of them can see any of it — it is not missing data, it is data that cannot be addressed. The detector identifies each value from its own shape, most specific test first.

Nothing is guessed. A value that matches no rule stays other. Finishing with rows still unclassified is a correct outcome; inventing a type would push wrong records into every view with no way to tell which.
